Born in Petaling Jaya in 1977, Datuk Dazma pursued his studies in the United Kingdom, earning a Bachelor of Education (Hons) from the University of Warwick with prior academic training from Henley College, Coventry, and SMK Agama Simpang Lima, Selangor. His diverse educational background shapes his inclusive and forwardthinking leadership style.
He began his career as an Education Officer at MARA before advancing into leadership roles in both the public and private sectors, including Board Member of Pelaburan MARA Berhad, Special Officer at the Ministry of Home Affairs, and Member of the Film Censorship Board Malaysia. He also holds senior positions in Leuven Capital, Yalong Didactic, and Digital Planet Solution.
Beyond business, Datuk Dazma is deeply involved in community and sports leadership. He has served as Chairman of the Bumiputera Hawkers & Traders Association in Petaling Jaya, President of the Wilayah Sepaktakraw Association, and Vice President IV of the national Sepaktakraw body. His dedication to youth empowerment is evident through various advisory and patron roles in NGOs.
