Norazda Binti Daut@Daud holds a Bachelor of Education (TESL) from Universiti Putra Malaysia (1999), providing her with a strong foundation in communication and human capital development.
With over 20 years of leadership experience across various sectors, she began her career as a Training Executive at Edaran Otomobil Nasional Berhad (EON), where she led initiatives in leadership and skills development. She later served as Training Manager at Dynasty Hotel and Customer Service Manager at Rentokil Initial (M) Sdn. Bhd., driving workforce performance and customer experience strategies. Norazda is also active in the humanitarian field, contributing to Kuala Lumpur Hospital (HKL) and serving as a Committee Member of Tabung Kebajikan Perubatan Malaysia, assisting underprivileged patients nationwide.
In 2021, she received the Humanitarian Excellence Award for her outstanding contributions to medical welfare. Her expertise spans human capital strategy, corporate training, performance management, and change leadership.
